This position involves assisting customers in locating parts, providing quotes/pricing and completing sales transactions in an Agriculture Implement dealership.

Core Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers by providing helpful and friendly service.
- Research and identify parts solutions for customers - Problem Solving
- Maintain product inventories and displays in order to maximize sales.
- Work in all areas of the parts department including; counter sales, shipping/receiving, warehouse and deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:
- Outgoing personality/enjoy customer interaction
- Provide positive customer experiences and creative solutions.
- Enjoy working in a team/collaborative atmosphere.
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written (phone and in person)
- Able to lift boxes and parts up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Understanding of basic computer systems
- Willing/eager to learn
- Valid drivers license
- Willing to operate forklifts (training provided)
- Previous customer service/retail experience is an asset but is not required.

Wage/Salary:
$40,000.00  $65,000.00 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
