Responsibilities:
Drafting wills, powers of attorney and living wills as needed
Maintaining records for storing original estate planning records
Drafting court applications and ancillary documents
Assisting in realizing the assets or payments of liabilities
Communicating directly with clients

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a n estate planning environment
Experience with wills and estates is required
Proficient with the ALF database or equivalent
