Responsibilities:
Preparing and filing documents for partnerships, limited partnerships, and business names and coordinating extra-provincial registrations across Canada.
Attending corporate filings with the Saskatchewan Corporate Registry and Corporations Canada.
Respond to daily inquiries from counsel and clients and handle day-to-day corporate matters.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate environment.
Transactional and drafting experience.
Proficient with the ALF database or equivalent.
