In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for the delivery of safety-related training to site personnel through a variety of methods, providing coaching and feedback, evaluating on-the-job performance while identifying training gaps, and providing general support to the training team as required.
- Maintain good communication and co-operation with various sites, departments and stakeholders to ensure regulatory training requirements and operational goals are achieved.
- Support Camecos Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) through various administrative functions.
- Assist with the maintenance of Camecos Learning Management System (LMS).
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
Required:
- Diploma in a related field
- Minimum four years of relevant underground and surface equipment work experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
- Strong organization, presentation and communication skills are essential.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of computer programs (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willing to work a 14-day rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Recommended:
- Previous industrial work experience
- Certified operator of multiple types of equipment
- De-icing, rigging or crane operator experience
- Understand all aspects of the Systematic Approach to Training and be able to perform these functions
- Determine training requirements and develop and implement training requests
- Contribute to the development of training materials
- Experience in SAP
