Description

The Rural Municipality of Glen Bain No 105 invites applications for the position of   Seasonal Mower Operator.

Successful Candidate must possess:
A valid class 5 driver's license, and a drivers abstract prior to being hired, safety conscious, the ability to work independently without supervision and as a team player, be able to take direction from the Council, Administrator, and Foreman.
Have willingness and capability to operate various pieces of equipment as required for the job assigned.  Experience operating heavy equipment is an asset.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Mowing, Road Maintenance, Culvert repair, Sign installation, Equipment maintenance and repairs, Shop work, Rock picking, Spraying if you have  your pesticide license.

Start date is approximately May 1, 2025, until October 31, 2025.  The position maybe extended depending on weather conditions.

Preference will be given to applicants that possess PME (Power Mobile Equipment Operator Certification, WHMIS, would be considered assets.
Wage will be based on qualifications and experience.
