Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Supervisor at our Wine, Spirits and Beer  South Hill location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the South Hill Wine, Spirits and Beer Team Leader, responsibilities for this position will include:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards in social responsibility
Have familiarity with all store operations and supervise the operational team in their daily duties
Maintain a clean and well merchandised area including but not limited to dusting displays, washing shelves and bottles, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and performing exterior cleaning as needed
Suggestively sell add on products in addition to liquor as the store will also feature confectionery and hardware
Stock, arrange and rotate liquor merchandise on shelves, stock beer coolers and set up displays. Stocking shelves may involve carrying large quantities of wine, spirits, and beer; and involves accessing products in the backroom storage area.
Be familiar with and adhere to Lake country Co-op policies such as selling of age restricted items and all government regulations relating to wine, spirits, beer, and cigarettes, fireworks and lotto
Operate electronic point of sale and other electronic devices to process sales and payments
Order, receive, price merchandise, and perform opening and closing procedures as required
Follow and enforce the asset protection guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned

You must be 19 years of age or older; liquor industry and retail sales experience, especially in the CRS is an asset
