Description

We are looking for a highly motivated team player with excellent communication, opportunity spotting and problem-solving skills to join our Operations & Member Experience team as a Lending Operations Administrator II at any of our 15 locations.  

As a Lending Operations team member, you will play an integral role in helping us put our Members First. You will provide timely, high quality loan administration, processing, and support services in the delivery of consumer, agricultural & commercial loans, mortgages, and revolving credit products. You will work in high volumes, be responsible to monitor your own work and report on activities in the loan administration area all while supporting a network of professionals in the servicing of members' lending requests. You will prepare and distribute lending and other correspondence, collaborate with others and provide pro-active response to requests, issue resolution and lending services workflows all while identifying, recommending, and sharing ideas for improvements.

*This position is considered full time (37.50 hours/week) for an anticipated term of 9-months, however, the actual length could be shortened or lengthened depending upon organizational requirements.
