Duties and responsibilities:
        Janitor Duties
-    Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly; operate a floor scrubber machine
-    Clean and sanitize office areas/restrooms/common spaces/staff room/kitchen areas
-    Dust and wipe surfaces/furniture/fixtures; clean windows/mirrors/glass surfaces; empty trash bins/replace liners
-    Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies
    Maintenance Support:
-    Assist with routine painting and touch-ups of walls/doors/other surfaces as required
-    Perform minor repairs on fixtures/furniture including: replacing light bulbs/tightening bolts/other small issues
-    Monitor and maintain facility equipment and cleaning tools including: floor cleaner/mops/etc
    Snow Removal:
-    Assist with snow and ice removal from walkways/driveways/parking lots during winter months
-    Operate snow removal equipment including: shovels/salt spreaders/skid steer

    General Facility Upkeep:
-    Ensure building exteriors are clean and well-maintained, including tasks such as picking up litter/maintaining landscape areas
-    Follow all safety and cleaning protocols to maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:
    Education:
-    Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence and access to a working/reliable vehicle
    Experience:
-    Previous experience in janitorial services, maintenance, or a related field is required
    Skills:
-    Must be able to work independently and efficiently, after the initial training period
-    Provide janitorial services to four locations throughout the week; maintain a high cleanliness standards
-    Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic and good communication skills
-    Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform physical tasks: bending/lifting/standing for extended periods
