Description

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to maintain and grow our Off-Road Recreational Program (Got Toys). This is our largest program that currently serves Canadians in 6 provinces across Canada.

Your experience and expertise in the insurance industry will help you deliver outstanding customer service to broker partners. Your ability to educate, foster relationships and identify sales opportunities will help you thrive in this role. You are passionate about growth, which will allow you to flourish in our Got Toys program.

What will your role look like?
-You will be an expert in the details of the OASIS product offering.
-Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.  
-Build and maintain strong relationships while liaising with brokers.
-Educate and support brokers on our product offerings and processes.  
-Keep up to date on all systems used by OASIS.
-Follow up on accounts to resolve outstanding items.
-Evaluate and underwrite insurance applications for eligibility based on guidelines and risk assessment.
-Review insurance policies and endorsements for accuracy and compliance.
-Maintain accurate records according to company standards and policies.
-Adaptability to changing environments while balancing multiple tasks of varying depth on a day-to-day basis.
-Complete education requirements to maintain licensing.
-Ensure integrity and confidentiality of company and client information.
-Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
-Hold a valid Alberta or Saskatchewan Level 2 General Insurance License.
-Post-secondary education and/or CIP designation is considered an asset, but not necessary.
-Has a minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry as a Broker or Underwriter.
-Experience and insurance knowledge with ATVs, Snowmobiles, Bicycles, E-bikes etc., is considered an asset.
-Sales and business development experience would be an asset.
