What will your role look like?
-Responding to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries from clients, vendors, and team members in a professional manner.
-Manage and handle accordingly, incoming, and outgoing mail and faxes.
-The first point of contact for clients, acting as a brand ambassador by presenting a positive and professional approach.
-Manage the office inventory and ordering of office supplies.
-Oversee all administrative functions, including reception, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring the provision of supplies and equipment necessary for effective day-to-day operations.
-Thrive in a rapidly changing environment and balance multiple tasks of varying depth on a day-to-day basis.
-Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of company and client information.
-Perform some accounting, reporting, data entry, and tasks as assigned.
-Provide day-to-day office coordination including making coffee, keeping the office and meeting rooms tidy and organized, kitchen maintenance, and much more.
-Perform additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
-2+ years experience within an Office Administrator or Receptionist role.
-Diploma or certificate in Business Administration would be an asset, but not required.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
