Fitout lead hand

Responsibilities-
As lead hand, you will lead a crew that is responsible for the installation of tank accessories after the project has been completed.
These accessories are, but not limited to : gaugeboards, blinds, ladders, platforms, internal/external piping systems etc.
The successful candidate should
    Promote safety and quality culture
    Have great interpersonal and communication skills
    Not fear heights as working from Ariel Work Platforms and tank roofs is common.  
    Have good understanding of Blueprints Reading and Interpretation  
    Maintain a very clean and well organized work area.
    Be able to plan far in advance for upcoming work.
    Work with other departments to meet the schedule set by management.
