Description

A local nonprofit is looking for a casual driver to take senior citizens to their doctors appointments in Moose Jaw and on occasion to Regina. This is a casual position. No guarantee of hours.
driving them to appointments can happen on very short notice and would be between Monday and Friday.
When they need to go to Regina, you could be leaving Moose Jaw as  early as 5:30 AM and not back till 6 PM.

90% of the driving would be inside Moose Jaw area.

if you are hired, you need to provide a clean criminal record check, a clean driver's abstract  
A liability package policy is needed on your vehicle

you would be using your own car and it must be senior citizen accessible
you get a gas allowance

you need to be able to fold and lift a wheelchair or walker and place it in your vehicle

you will at times be staying with the Senior during their doctors appointment or walking with them shopping  or doing errands.

your vehicle must be clean and in good condition  

We are looking for someone that's kind, compassionate with a great sense of humour and easy-going and able to go with the flow and not get stressed over sudden changes to your schedule.

NO EMAILS come in person

this would be a great fit for someone that is retired.

THIS IS  CONTRACT you would be in charge of your own deductions off your pay

you need to speak and  understand fluent English
