About the HR Administrator Role
Reporting to the Manager of Payroll and HR Operations, the Human Resources (HR) Administrator will provide essential administrative support while managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for all staff at eHealth Saskatchewan.
As an HR Administrator, you will:
Coordinate, prepare, and maintain documentation for mandatory training and various employee programs.
Update and manage highly sensitive personal and organizational data with accuracy and discretion.
Collaborate with Payroll, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure seamless team communication and support.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and tact.
This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. As you will handle sensitive and confidential matters, a strong sense of discretion and a commitment to making a meaningful impact are essential.
Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable about business protocols, policies, and administrative procedures. Familiarity with HR processes and public sector structures is an asset.
What Were Looking For
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (CPHR designation is an asset). Equivalent education and experience, including customer service in a business environment, may also be considered.
The ability to adapt quickly, organize effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
