Were looking for an individual who is passionate about learning and development to come on board as a Learning Specialist.You will play a key role in ensuring teams across the organization develop both the skills and abilities required to deliver on the Conexus purpose.

Your time:
Facilitating internal training programs (e.g., consumer lending, mortgages, registered investments, account opening, financial advice practices) for consumer retail banking teams through classroom/virtual/online and one-on-one support
Researching, designing and developing consumer retail banking training content for e-learning and in-person delivery aimed at ensuring a knowledgeable and competent workforce in products, policies, procedures and systems
Evaluating, assessing and maintaining training content

Your experience:
Three years experience in financial services that includes expertise in consumer and mortgage lending underwriting
Facilitation experience
Adult education certificate or adult learning experience
