Are you a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who would enjoy working as part of a team to assist with the planning and implementation of water-based recreation in an outdoor leisure pool setting at Buffalo Pound Provincial Park?

We may have the perfect seasonal opportunity for you, at the scenic Buffalo Pound Provincial Park!

The Buffalo Pound Provincial Park is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual as the Pool Aquatic Supervisor for a seasonal term opportunity, starting after the May long weekend to the September long weekend.

The ideal candidate will hold current certifications in the following: Lifesaving Society Water Safety Instructor (WSI) and LSS National Lifeguard - Pool Certification. You will also hold a valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification.

Other aquatic certifications, such as Aquatic Emergency Care, Aquatic Supervisor, Aquatic Manager, Pool Operators course or others would be an asset.  

This full-time supervisory seasonal position will work various hours including evenings and weekends. The pool term will run from May 20 to September long weekend. Pool closure during the week of August 25-29 to accommodate students returning to school and reopens August 30-September 7, 2025. If possible, working the weekends September 6, 2025, from 11 am-430pm. This posting will continue until a qualified person is found.
