Counter Attendant & Food Preparer Skills: Keep records of the quantities of food used; Portion & wrap foods, Prepare, heat & finish simple food items; Take customers orders; Use manual & electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice & trim foodstuffs; Package take-out food; Serve customers at counters or buffet tables; Stock refrigerators & salad bars

Dishwashing Skills: Sanitize & wash dishes & other items by hand

Equipment & Machinery Experience: Grill, Conventional oven, Electronic cash register, Food dispensers, Deep fryer

Kitchen Helpers Skills: Clean & sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboard, storage areas, appliances & equipment; Receive, unpack & store supplied in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards & other storage areas; Handle & store cleaning products; Sweep, mop, wash & polish floors; Wash, peel & cut vegetables & fruit; Remove kitchen garbage & trash
