Job Description: Provides a wide range of administrative support and coordination of clerical/financial services to a variety of department(s) and/or program(s) and/or facility(ies).

- Intermediate - Keyboarding skills
- Advanced training in Microsoft Access and Excel programs is required

Knowledge and Abilities
- Ability to work independently
Other Information
- Proficiency in database management is preferred.
- Knowledge in Workplace Hazardous Information Materials Systems (WHMIS) and Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) legislation is preferred.
- This position is accountable for the provision of all WHMIS/TDG/Hazardous Substance administrative services.
- Testing in Microsoft Access and Excel is to be done prior to interviews
- Basic medical Terminology certificate, where required
