Sales Assistant (Part-Time/Full time)
We are seeking energetic and goal-driven Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in generating leads through field activities, cold calling, and distributing promotional materials. This role requires a proactive approach to client acquisition, relationship management, and supporting outreach strategies both on the field and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce immigration consultancy services.
Conduct field visits to promote services and engage with potential clients.
Distribute flyers and promotional materials in strategic locations to maximize outreach.
Engage with prospective clients through in-person and phone interactions to generate leads.
Follow up with leads, schedule, and conduct face-to-face meetings to close the deal.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and field distribution activities.
Provide on-the-ground support during events and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients and community groups.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in engaging with clients both over the phone and in person.
Strong ability to conduct cold calls effectively and generate interest.
Physical stamina for fieldwork, including flyer distribution and client visits.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong organizational skills for tracking leads and managing follow-ups.
Familiarity with immigration processes is an advantage but not mandatory.
