Community Living Service Delivery (CLSD), Crisis and Respite Services works with individuals experiencing intellectual disabilities to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met with goal of supporting their independence, living arrangements, and lifestyle as independent as possible.

In this role, you will focus on creating positive, engaging experiences and are accountable to the individuals receiving services. We are seeking caring and empathetic individual(s) who welcome challenges, are proactive, love to learn, embrace change, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy variety in their work while making positive meaningful changes in peoples lives. We care about and believe in people. These appointments are located at Southwood Home in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. This program offers transitional housing support and planned respite services. The purpose of respite is to maintain the health and well-being of the individual, their care provider and/or family by providing temporary support. Transitional housing is a temporary support for those with immediate housing needs and a safe place where individuals continue to build on their strengths.
