Role and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager of Member Service & Support, the Member Service Representative (Casual) will have a genuine desire to respond to member requests. This position has the opportunity to make a lasting impact by delivering outstanding member service, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our members.

- Build Relationships: Build strong relationships with Prosperity Credit Union members by having meaningful conversations, asking thoughtful questions, and listening carefully to understand their financial needs.

- Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver excellent service to members by accurately handling daily financial transactions in person and over the phone.

- Connect Members: Work with branch colleagues to help members find personalized credit and investment solutions.

- Recommend Solutions: Show your knowledge of Prosperity Credit Union's products and services by answering member questions and providing recommendations for their future needs.

- Empower members: Help members use digital channels, allowing them to bank with Prosperity Credit Union whenever and wherever they prefer.
