Robertson Stromberg is looking for a professional Receptionist, who will be responsible for providing exceptional, efficient, proactive, and highly professional support to the firm. The position is located in one of the most historic buildings in downtown Saskatoon.
Responsibilities Include:
Answer phone calls.
Distribute cold calls to the correct recipient.
Greet all clients.
Ensure lawyers are notified when clients arrive.
Maintain reception area, distribute documents.
Maintain boardrooms.
Order lunches for meetings as required.
Arrange all couriers for both local and out-of-town deliveries.
Verify all courier invoices and fees.
Liaise with regular vendors.
Follow office policies and standard procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous reception experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Competencies and Skills:
Strong organization and time management skills.
Ability to maintain a pleasant demeanour in difficult conversations.
Ability to deal effectively with conflicting priorities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Work with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Willingness to learn additional tasks during quiet periods.
