Job Description: Ensures provision of safe, comprehensive care, meeting client and staff needs through coordination and communication. Provides assistance with system navigation and the coordinator of patient flow.

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant long term care nursing experience
Licenses
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Current registration w/ Registered Psych. Nursing Assoc. of SK (RPNAS) required
Knowledge and Abilities
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates self-direction
- Ability to implement and support a collaborative working environment
- Knowledge of practical application of a broad range of clinical interventions
- Ability to delegate appropriately.
- Facilitates the implementation/evaluation/design for client centered care model
- Demonstrates ability to accept and implement change.
- Work as a team member, can establish & maintain interpersonal relationships
