Description

The LBM (Lumber and Building Materials) Customer Service personnel is responsible for:

    Optimizing customer relations by providing prompt courteous and efficient service to customers and contractors
    Advising appropriate merchandise and related items
    Demonstrating familiarity with pricing, local building codes; preparing quotations
    Demonstrating familiarity with pricing, local building codes; preparing quotations
    Being a Project Expert, to help the customer know what material will be needed to make their project a reality


You are passionate about a career in retail and have the following qualifications:
    Strong interpersonal skills and provide excellent customer service to drive customer loyalty
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Align with company values and procedures, and approach each day with a positive, professional attitude
    Possess basic computer skills and do basic math and currency calculations

Preference will be given to people with trades experience.
