Description

Karam A.L. is a full service distributor of new (OE and after-market) and
remanufactured alternators, starters, DC electric motors, and generators. We are currently
seeking a parts counterperson and telephone salesperson.

Duties Will Include but is not limited to:

Answering phone calls related to parts ordering.
Helping customers identify the correct part in order to make sales. Learn how to test units and assist customers as required.
Packaging and restocking inventory, shipping and receiving of parts

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

Quick learner
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient with computers (e.g., able to search parts databases and digital inventory systems, e-mail, word processing)
Excellent customer service skills.

Previous experience working in the automotive, agricultural, trucking, or industrial parts supply
industries is considered an asset but is not required.
Sales experience an asset.
