Primary duties and Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the work product of all cleaners and Contractors
2. Responsibilities include all product inventories, assigning and directing work.
3. Addressing complaints and recommending solutions.
4. Report any disciplinary concerns to manager and handle these issues very tactfully and professionally
5. Give cleaner and sub-contractors on-the-job instructions maintain and requisitions of cleaning supplies and keep a record of stock.
6. Ensure all equipment are functional
7. Schedule preventative maintenance of equipment, basic troubleshoot in the case of an emergency
8. Responsible for monitoring and maintain work schedules and ensuring that employees complete work assignments in a timely manner.
9. Perform the quality inspection reports and make sure the quality of cleaning is always maintained.
10. Regular quality inspection walk through with client: prior the inspection all the previous issues must be resolved.
11. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass and removing garbage.
