Location: R.M. of Key West No. 70
Employment Term: Full Time  Seasonal ( April  October)

The R.M. of Key West #70 invites applications from qualified persons to assume the position of Grader Operator.  The office is located in the Town of Ogema, Sask.

The Operator will work with the council, administration, and transportation services staff to carry out the Road Maintenance program for the municipality.  

This position is fulltime and seasonal.

Work hours are Monday  Friday 7:00 a.m.  5:00 p.m.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    Maintain effective work relationships with Council, Administrator , and Ratepayers;
    Follow direction and work unsupervised;
    Demonstrate high standards of work practices; and,
    Be willing to acquire and upgrade skills as requested
    Knowledge of, and ability to operate graders, tractors, mowers, and other equipment;
Preference will be given to those candidates that possess:
    Knowledge in road maintenance, preservation and construction an asset;
    Mechanical skills;
    Good communication and organization skills;
    Ability to work independently and with others;
    Good work ethic;
    Desire to learn; and,
    Have a valid drivers license
