Join the City of Reginas Fleet Training & Safety Team!

We are seeking an Instructor, Evaluator, Course Developer, and Mentor to help develop, deliver, and evaluate fleet training programs. This role ensures fleet operations meet safety standards, while promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Youll collaborate with the Coordinator, Fleet Training & Safety, and contribute to various city departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance training for fleet operations and equipment maintenance.
Evaluate, instruct, and certify equipment operators.
Create training materials and deliver courses across multiple formats.
Conduct safety inspections, ensure compliance with regulations, and review incidents.
Provide mentorship and support to field trainers.
Qualifications:

Experience in operating and maintaining complex municipal or construction equipment.
Strong background in adult education and training delivery.
Certification in provincial programs (e.g., Propane Dispensing, Forklift).
Class 1A drivers license and reliable vehicle.
