Golden Health Care is now accepting resumes for the position of Home Administrator at Harwood Manor, an 80 bed licensed personal care home located in North Battleford, Saskatchewan.

As the Home Administrator you will be responsible for all aspects of managing the home and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to the optimal health and wellbeing of all residents and the care team.

Requirements:
-Current registration in Saskatchewan as a LPN, RPN or RN
-Current CPR and First Aid
-Experience in geriatric, rehabilitation or long term care
-Experience with Dementia/Alzheimer's care is an asset
-Possession of skill in planning, coordination and supervising a care team is required
-Must demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
-Must have some computer skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Planning, directing, coordinating and supervising all care staff
-Meet with residents and their families to help resolve concerns/problems/complaints and reviewing suggestions on an as needed basis
-Maintaining contact with residents to ensure a high quality of care
-Completing all administrative task (i.e. payroll, payables) and sending to head office for processing
-The hiring, orientation, work schedules, continuing education, supervision and regular performance evaluations of the care team
-Report directly to the CEO
