Job Summary:
The Marketing & Communications Coordinator plays a central role in promoting our organization and the impact we have in our communities across the province. This position is responsible for carrying out the marketing and communication strategies for Hope's Home, developing and coordinating internal and external communications, participating in the day-to-day marketing/fundraising activities and public relations. The position reports directly to the Marketing and Communications Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity through all internal and external documents.
- Create content, design and deliver internal communications.
- Manage and evolve Hopes Home social media accounts.
- Research, assess and implement search engine optimization strategies for Hopes Home website.
- Create promotional material for various events.
- Contribute to organizational communication and marketing strategies.
- Help plan and participate in events and fundraisers throughout the province.

Education: Diploma or degree related to Communications and/or Marketing and/or a combination of education and experience.
Expected Start Date: February 17, 2025
Shifts: Monday to Friday (typical office hours, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week).
