Key Responsibilities:

Shipping and Receiving:

- Prepare, pack, and label items for shipping.
- Unload and inspect incoming shipments.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and organization.

Warehouse Maintenance:

- Organize and maintain the warehouse for efficient operation.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.

Showroom Sales Assistance:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support the sales team with customer inquiries.

Phone and Customer Service Support:

- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department.

Janitorial Duties:

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, showroom, and office areas.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required.
