Job Description:
TaxTeam is looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team for the tax season. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, assist clients with inquiries, and help ensure smooth office operations. This is a fast-paced, seasonal position requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries in-person in a timely and professional manner.
Provide information about services and assist clients with any issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update databases as needed.
Assist with appointment scheduling and coordinate with other team members to ensure client needs are met. Support the team with additional administrative tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management.
Experience with multi-line switchboards is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Availability through April 30 is essential.
