Position: Receptionist/Office Clerk (Seasonal, Full-Time)
TaxTeam is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist/Office CLerk to join our team on a seasonal basis. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide excellent customer service while managing front desk operations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth communication and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls via a multi-line switchboard.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain organized office files.
Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and office correspondence.
Assist with customer inquiries and provide relevant information as needed.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases.
Previous experience with multi-line switchboards is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
Availability through April 30 is essential.
