Job Description: Reporting to the Manager the Assessor Coordinator Senior works collaboratively with SHA Primary Care, RCMP, School divisions, First Nations, Metis Nation as well other key stakeholders. As an integral part of the mental health and addictions, team the incumbent provides a complex range of screening, triage, assessment, treatment and case coordination services to clients. The incumbent has a number of primary responsibilities relating to Program delivery, Case and File management, counseling, intervention, coordination and supervision. The incumbent as directed provides program consultation and co-ordination, evaluation of clinical interventions, supervision, and provides program consultation and public education regarding a broad range of mental health and addition issues as needed /requested. The incumbent acts as a resource for other NW clinicians and professionals in the community. The incumbent is expected to establish positive relationships with other community organizations and SHA programs and departments in communities and on site. The position will provide a leadership role with staff and work collaboratively with Managers to develop a positive, safe and cohesive atmosphere within the workplace.
