Qualifications:
Grade 12
Strong Administration Skills
Knowledge and understanding of spa treatments, skin care and make up as assets
PMS and POS software experience and asset
Excellent customer service skills
Upbeat and positive attitude
Strong Problem solver and Multi-Tasking Skills
Excellent team player
Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
Temporary position approximately 12-18 months but can extend or shorten depending on the business need.
Duties:
Provide our customers with exceptional customer service
Answering phones, filing, and other reception duties
Booking treatments, and coordinating appointments
Responsible for a till and accurate cash outs
Make up applications
Caf coverage
Cleaning and Disinfecting of all spa areas and equipment
Provide a safe and clean working area including public areas and treatment rooms
Other duties assigned by Spa Manager or Assistant Manager
Schedule (2 week-rotating schedule):
Week 1-2
Sunday 3:30p 11:30p
Monday OFF
Tuesday OFF
Wednesday 3:30p 11:30p
Thursday 3:30p 11:30p
Friday 3:45p - 11:30p
Saturday 4:30p 11:30p
