The Opportunity
Do you enjoy a challenge in a fast-paced environment? The Facilities and Procurement Department within eHealth is seeking a skilled, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills for a Facilities Coordinator position.

Facilities coordinator will be reporting to the Manager of Facilities Services. Facilities coordinator will oversee all activities inside a building, making sure that safety standards are met, and arranging building maintenance with the building operator when needed. Coordinating with external vendors. accommodation projects such as office relocations, office renovations. Acting as the Chief Fire Marshall for the building.

What we are looking for:
The ability to create and implement improvement projects.
Strong customer service, problem solving, organizational, planning, communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
A proven track record to meet deadlines while handling shifting priorities.
The ability to informally lead and manage teams built of cross-functional team members with conflicting priorities.
