You could be the first point of contact for employee tech support & part of the future of agriculture. Our IT Techs deliver exceptional support for new/existing systems in the company. Responsibilities
-Provide 1st line tech support in person/remote for business systems, apps, hardware, networks, services
-Onboarding/training for new & existing staff
-Install/maintain hardware, software, & peripherals
-Identify & prioritize incidents/problems/projects
-Work with IT vendors & service providers
-Build/maintain relationships with all depts
-Maintain knowledge of current tech & advancements & participate in training
Requirements
-High attention to detail, organizational skills
-Strong info seeking/troubleshooting/communication skills
-Discretion w/confidential info
-Travel, work outside standard hours as needed, valid drivers licence
-5+ years IT experience with tech support of MS Windows Desktop & Server, Active Dir, Office 365, hardware/peripherals/networks
-Cert w/relevant tech (A+/N+/MCP/MCSA/CCENT/NA) or degree/diploma in IT
-Experience w/IT Service Mgmt, Cisco VoIP, SharePoint, Meraki an asset
