Logistics Manager

Soil Tech Services is a full-service crop input business located in Northeast Saskatchewan. We offer anhydrous ammonia, dry and liquid fertilizer, as well as chemical, seed, and agronomy services. We offer rental equipment and custom application to our customers. Our business is built on service, product knowledge, and trust. We have two locations serving Tisdale and Armley, Sk.

Position: Logistics Manager
Term: Permanent Full Time
Location: Tisdale SK.

Responsibilities :
Manage and plan deliveries of fertilizer and crop inputs into our facility
Keep track of inventory and delivery schedules
Manage rental equipment fleet
Dispatch NH3 deliveries to our farm customers
Manage fertilizer contracts
Manage pollution, liability and vehicle insurance policies
Work closely with shop/yard manager to ensure products and services get delivered to customers and all truck, trailer, and NH3 safeties are completed
Continue to achieve a high level of satisfaction with our customers
Ensure the health and safety of Soil Tech Services complies with industry standards and legislation

Qualifications :
Professional and organized
Utilize logistics software
Ability to problem solve and adapt plans accordingly in a fast-paced environment
Self motivated with the ability to handle longer season hours
Ability to work as part of a team
Good communication skills with staff and customers
