Base Crew Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Base Crew Supervisor. The main components of the job is to delegate work to employees, ensure quality and efficiency of laying base material for road construction, operate equipment such as loader, skidsteer, etc., communicate with Management on jobs to be done, scheduling, equipment, etc.) Fill out safety paperwork, quality control paperwork, etc.

Experience operating equipment is required. If you are dependable, like a new challenge every day and working outdoors, we may have a place for you.

Wage will depend on experience and will be discussed at interview stage. Show us what you can do and there is lots of room to grow in the company and in your wage.

Our positions are full-time, and seasonal but, this position has potential to be full time for the right candidate as we do snow removal in the winter.
