Integrated Youth Services (IYS) is a model of care growing across the globe. IYS puts young people 12-25 at the centre of their care, creating holistic and wrap around supports that best meet their needs.
HOMEBASE Humboldt is seeking an experienced Manager who is passionate about leading a team of professionals dedicated to providing care for young people in our communities. As the HOMEBASE Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management of all HOMEBASE services including clinical services, peer support workers, administrative and financial tasks and community engagement.

We're seeking someone who:
- has a Master's degree in social worker, education, community development or similar; OR a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience
- has experience supervising or leading a staff team
- is familiar with data collection and evaluation
- is comfortable engaging a wide variety of stakeholders
- is committed to ongoing professional and leadership development
- recognizes that every young person is unique and a one size fits all approach doesn't work

This full time, permanent position is located at the HOMEBASE Youth Hub in Humboldt, SK. The anticipated start date is February 2025, with flexibility for the right applicant.
