Education and Experience Requirements:
- Medical office assistant diploma (preferred)
- One (1) year of office or administrative experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of Accuro is an asset

Duties and responsibilities:
- Front desk responsibilities including answering the phone, managing messages, booking appointments and greeting patients
- Sending and receiving electronic faxes
- Taking patients vitals including blood pressure, height and weight, etc.
- Performing electrocardiograms
- Helping to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
We are a small specialist clinic new to Prince Albert who are looking for additional admin staff as we grow and establish ourselves. We are looking for a reliable addition to our team to work flexible part-time hours at the front desk who is also comfortable taking patient vitals as well as performing electrocardiograms. Although we would prefer a candidate with experience, we are also willing to train the right person. We enjoy coming into the office and we want you to, as well.
