Were looking for multiple agile member-service ambassadors to come on board as our part-time Financial Service Representatives in Regina! Working 15-30 hours per week, they will be the first point of contact for members and will provide them with everyday banking services and products to meet their immediate needs.

Your time:
Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more
Proactively identifying and responding to members needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them
Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications  to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis
Uncover opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships

Your experience:
High School Diploma
Experience in providing customer service
Experience in cash handling
