Sunview Processors is a family owned special crops processing plant located near Rouleau, Saskatchewan. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Plant Manager. This individual will be responsible for administering the staff and operations of the plant including the logistics of receiving, processing, bagging and shipping grain.

Responsibilities:
   Purchase grain and coordinate the logistics of grain movement including all communication with customers, carriers and grain growers to ensure the smooth and steady flow of shipments.
   Manage and balance grain and non-grain inventory.
   Build and maintain strong customer relationships and act as the key contact between exporter and grower with some grain transactions.
   Ensure food quality and safety throughout the cleaning process by working with staff and management.
   Participate in the food safety management processes and ensure HACCP certification, CGC and CFIA licenses are maintained.
   Ensure the smooth operation of the plant  working with others to resolve issues and improve plant processes.
   Manage staff  maintaining a positive and productive environment for everyone.

Qualifications:
   Knowledge and experience in the grain industry is an asset
   Basic understanding of equipment maintenance requirements is an asset
