This is an ideal job for someone who is motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn, and ready to work in a team environment. No experience is requiredtraining is provided! The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces (interior and exterior) while maintaining a positive attitude and working well with others.

Responsibilities:

Surface Prep: Prepare and clean surfaces by scraping, sanding, priming, and masking areas to be painted.

Painting: Apply paint or stain to surfaces with a variety of tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers.

Attention to Detail: Ensure consistent, high-quality, smooth, and even coatings on all painted surfaces.

Teamwork: Work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on time.

Independent Tasks: Manage assigned tasks with minimal supervision while staying organized and ensuring high-quality results.

Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
No prior painting experience required
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to learn, work hard, and follow safety protocols
Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
