Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day tasks of the medical facility, including scheduling, billing, and record-keeping.
provide leadership and support as needed.
Coordinate patient appointments and ensure timely and efficient patient flow.
Knowledge in billings, and how to process preferred
Maintain electronic health records (EHR) system and ensure data integrity and security.
Collaborate with medical staff to optimize workflow and enhance patient care delivery.
Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of services.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Get rooms ready and tidied for patients - rooming them
Answer phone calls/ Fax & scan documents
Great at multitasking
Organization and light cleaning
Handling patient questions or concerns
Maintaining confidentiality with patients medical records
Obtaining height, weight and blood pressure
ECG performances and reading
Qualifications:
*Valid drivers License
*Days and Evenings on weekdays and weekends
Experience in healthcare administration or medical office is ideal
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical billing software.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook)
