Description

The Kinistin Saulteaux Nation is seeking an enthusiastic, committed individual to fill the Trust & Post-Secondary Coordinator position. The successful individual will work under the immediate supervision of the Director of Operations with overall accountability to the Kinistin Chief and Council.

The trust coordinator will provide administrative support to the  Kinistin Saulteaux Nation Board of Trustees and will be responsible for coordinating and liaising with the Board of Trustees and KSN membership to assist in fulfilling the terms and conditions of the KSN Trust. Administrative tasks related to collecting membership data and member payments, coordinating the Trusts communication materials, and administering information regarding the Trust to membership.

The Post-sec coordinator will be responsible for the KSN's Post-secondary program coordination, financial management, student support, and public relations. Some duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:
* provide information, policy handbooks, application and other relevant program information of KSN band members, authorize tuition payments, monthly living allowance and all other related payments, provide students with available supports and counselling resources to deal with personal problems and crisis, and provide awareness of the post-secondary program to KSN band members.
