Job Overview
As the VP, Finance, you will oversee financial operations, reporting, and accounting for current and future operating entities. Reporting to the COO, you will drive financial strategies that align with HK Hendersons growth objectives while providing timely financial management, analysis, and leadership. This role requires a results-oriented, innovative, and analytical leader with a strong drive for change.

Responsibilities
Finance
Lead by example, uphold company values, and execute financial strategies.
Oversee facilities, asset management, and implement the Business Continuity Plan.
Coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including sales budgets and final consolidation.
Manage cash flow and analyze free cash flow distributions.
Financial Reporting
Ensure financial controls for data integrity and oversee financial processes.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, tracking key metrics and budget compliance.
Present financial results to the Executive Leadership Team and during quarterly reviews.
Collaborate with Navacord Finance and external auditors for year-end activities, including audits, taxes, and special projects.
Oversee financial audits, tax filings, and compliance efforts.
Work with the Corporate Finance team on various projects.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in financial management, reporting, and strategic planning.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
Expertise in financial systems, reporting tools, and compliance.
