Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Mill Controller to join their team.

Job Title: Financial Controller
Location: 3 hours driving distance to Saskatoon SK
Must be willing to relocate (Relocation package is available)
Pay Range: $120,000 - $150,000

What's the Job?
Develop, implement, and oversee internal financial controls to ensure adequate use of the Companys assets.
Prepare financial results and reliable forecasts in a timely manner, providing departmental budgets and financial information for effective cost control.
Identify opportunities to reduce expenses and increase revenues.
Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure sound financial decisions are made daily and strategically.
Perform ongoing analysis of financial performance and ensure compliance with regulatory policies and practices.

What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a professional accounting designation.
10 years of accounting experience, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and solid technical expertise.
Experience in control functions is a definite asset.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
