8+ years experience, with 3+ years in public accounting
3+ years experience managing and developing a team

You will:

Direct and manage all accounting operations to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reporting
Manage year-end external audit process, ensuring that external financial statements are properly recorded in accordance with the reporting framework
Advise on tax matters, manage preparation and review of tax provisions, including value added tax filings and ensure in compliance with applicable legislation
Track and assess changes in tax legislation, providing management with guidance on any potential impact to the company
Propose improvements to various tax functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Monitor cash flows and the collection of receivables and payment of payables
Interact with financial institutions and monitor banking activities of the organization
Develop and maintain an internal control structure which ensures that the integrity of financial information
Lead finance improvement projects, including automations, enhancements and simplifications
Maintain investor relationships, managing and directing all inquiries and deliverables
Lead, manage and mentor accounting team
