Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Assistant Team Leader at our TJs Pizza/Chester Fried Chicken Quick Serve Restaurant located at our C-Store and Gas Bar in Spiritwood, Saskatchewan.

Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels
Assist in Overseeing the general operation of the food franchises, following manuals and guidelines set out, while maintaining quality and standard in both food and guest services
Lead a culture of safety  train, monitor, and reinforce Food Safety procedures base on company and Food Safety regulations, taking corrective actions as needed
Assist with planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating daily operations  including ordering, receiving, inventory control, costing
Have a complete understanding of the point of sale and record keeping systems, complete end of shift, end of day and end of period processes
Address guest complaints and concerns promptly
Assist in ensuring that the restaurant is meticulously organized and staffed, recruit, supervise, coach, train, mentor, and manage the performance of the team
Assist with compliance with company operating policies, procedures, and guidelines including asset protection, safety, food safety, and environmental due diligence
Perform minor repairs to assets, as required
Complete other duties, as required

You have a minimum of 1-3 years leadership experience in food service such as quick-serve manager, restaurant manager, franchise general manager
You have a valid Class 5 license
You have the ability to fulfill the physical job requirements including extensive manual labour; must be comfortable standing for an entire shift and lifting up to 50 lbs
You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
