Description

The Farm Operations Specialist Position
We are seeking a self-starter with a positive attitude to join our farming operation as a Farm Operations Specialist.  

The positions key roles and responsibilities include:
(1)Equipment Operator:  In this role you will operate modern and efficient farm equipment for seeding, spraying and harvest operations.

(2)Mechanical Skills: The ability to understand basic mechanics and do repair and maintenance on farm equipment and heavy trucks. A formal mechanics certificate is not required; however, previous mechanical experience is necessary.

(3)Truck Driver: In this position you will operate a heavy truck to deliver fertilizer, seed, and haul grain in a local area.

Experience Required:Previous experience operating farm equipment, a Class 1A license for driving heavy trucks is preferred, and previous mechanical experience is important.  Knowledge of grain production is an asset, however, having a positive attitude and willingness to learn are the most important character requirements to be part of our team.
